Corporate Consolidation & Reporting Manager (Antwerpen)

For the Head Office of a sales and production company (PE owned) we are currently searching a Manager Consolidation & Reporting. The company produces and sells products for the graphic industry. In this position, you're responsible for the company’s consolidated financial statements (40 entities world wide). As a member of the Senior Finance Team, you contribute and collaborate with your peers in supporting the CFO. The culture is informal and entrepreneurial.

Functie omschrijving

In this postion you report directly to the CFO and have an important position within the Management team. Your main responsibilities are:  

• Responsible for the preparation of the consolidated financial statements (+/- 40 entities world wide);
• Preparation of the annual financial report (IFRS); 
• Managing relationships with Internal Auditor, local Finance teams and with the Corporate team (PE); 
• Analyzing and providing comments in relation to the company’s financial reporting; 
• Advising local Finance Managers, Controllers and Accountants in relation to accounting/reporting issues;
• Determine en review IFRS-based accounting policies in corporation with the Internal Auditor and Corporate team (PE).
• SPOC for clarifying the interpretation of accounting rules for all entities.

Functie eisen

The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background (Big4) and experience in a position as Consolidation Manager/Specialist. In addition you have:

• MSc. in Finance (eg. CPA,CA)
• At least 4 years experience as a Manager Consolidation (pref. within a int. production company)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS;
• Hands-on experience with consolidation software (pref. Tagetic) 
• Strong communicator with advisory skills;
• Fluent in English and pref. Dutch.
