Functie omschrijving

As an HR Manager, you play an essential role in developing and maintaining the HR strategy and culture for the Zwolle location. You focus on projects such as Vitality and Wellbeing, aimed at improving employee welfare and promoting a positive corporate culture and engagement.

  • The HR Manager is a member of the national HR team, member of the Management Team onsite, and act as a Team Lead for various national initiatives and projects.
  • You are responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy plan.
  • You play a proactive role in advising (line) management on various HRrelated topics such as performance management, talent management, and development.
  • Additionally, you collaborate with other departments as well as Global Functional HR & Business Leaders.
  • You oversee the involvement of the works council, including meetings, requests, and followup on actions.
  • You design and implement local programs for employee development at all levels of the organization to ensure the development of future talent, including leadership development programs.
  • You implement changes in the organizational structure and promote organizational effectiveness.
  • You develop and implement initiatives for culture and employee engagement and collaborate in interdisciplinary teams for positive employee relations and a Best Workplace culture.
  • You report directly to the HR Director (NL).

Functie eisen

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in HR or other relevant disciplines required, combined with at least 10 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of Dutch HR regulations and legislation is required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written.
  • Experience within an international (matrix) organization is a strong plus.
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management and interpersonal communication.
  • Organizational sensitivity and persuasiveness.
